About our guides and examples

The MB Hisab AI website publishes practical bookkeeping explanations alongside its accounting app. MB Hisab AI is managed by MB Developer Apps, and content corrections can be sent to support@mbhisabai.com. A publisher byline is not a claim that a chartered accountant, auditor or tax lawyer has certified an article.

What the examples represent

Names, shop scenarios and rupee amounts in worked examples are illustrative. They are not customer testimonials, measured product outcomes or extracts from private ledgers. Product previews marked as samples are demonstrations. Do not use them as evidence of customer numbers, ratings or revenue.

General bookkeeping guides may describe procedures such as staff handovers, credit notes or stock valuation that go beyond the app's current features. Check the app's actual controls and the pricing page before relying on a workflow. A general accounting method is not a promise that the app automates it.

Sources and limitations

For arithmetic examples, the inputs, calculation and result are shown together so readers can reproduce them. The free worksheets help check cash, margin and credit calculations without sending financial records to us.

GST and record-retention articles link to official material where the legal basis matters. A link does not mean every exception or subsequent notification is reproduced here. Confirm applicability, current amendments and professional advice before filing, disposing of records or choosing a tax scheme.

AI may assist drafting, editing and checking examples. AI can still make factual or arithmetic mistakes, so important calculations and legal/tax topics need human review before readers rely on them. Where a guide has a recorded professional review, the guide will say so clearly. If professional review is not shown, treat the article as general educational content only.

Operational checklists and worked calculations created by the publisher do not claim an external legal authority. Where a law, regulated process or payment network matters, the article links to the relevant official source. A source link defines the review scope; it does not certify the whole article or replace checking current rules.

Request a correction

Send the page URL, the exact statement in question, the proposed correction and a source or reproducible calculation. For product discrepancies, include the platform and feature name. Use fictional amounts and hide private details in screenshots. Never send passwords, OTPs, ID documents or entire customer backups.

Substantive corrections update the affected page's date and explain the changed example or rule. Rewording a copied article alone does not make it original. Republishing third-party content requires permission where applicable and useful independent explanation, not only an attribution line.
